THE WORK BEHIND IT

A practical path forward.

01

Qualify the account before building a campaign

Local Services Ads are available only for supported categories and locations. Google screening can vary by market and may cover registration, licensing, insurance, reviews or background checks. We organize the steps, confirm the correct Business Profile and show what remains with the owner or Google. We do not promise eligibility, approval, a badge or a launch date.

02

Set the market and budget with the owner

We review actual services, practical service areas, hours, lead types and response capacity. That becomes a proposed setup and budget for owner review. The client owns billing and the account. S4 does not start spend, raise a budget or change targeting without authorization for that exact change.

03

Report what the evidence supports

Reporting identifies the account, period, spend source and lead status. Calls or messages are not revenue unless the client confirms an outcome through the agreed process. Demand, competition, verification, responsiveness and Google systems affect delivery. We recommend next steps without guaranteeing lead volume, placement, cost or return.

REVIEWABLE WORK

What we can deliver.

The exact deliverables and cadence are agreed in your proposal.

  • Category, location and program eligibility review before setup is promised
  • Verification checklist for business registration, licensing, insurance, reviews or background checks when Google requires them
  • Client-approved service areas, job types, hours, lead methods and budget plan
  • Source-dated reporting that separates inquiries, booked work and client-confirmed outcomes
Illustrative management review

What the work can look like.

A local contractor may need eligibility screening, a Business Profile ownership check, service and job-type cleanup, an agreed weekly budget, and a process for labeling leads after the team responds. This example explains the workflow; it is not a client result or forecast.

WORK YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

Built around a real business. Yours.

S4 already works across local websites, Google Business Profiles, lead intake and source-dated reporting. LSA management applies that operating discipline to the advertiser account; eligibility, verification and ad delivery remain Google decisions.

A CLEAR AGREEMENT

A scope built for your priorities.

Local Services Ads management is separately scoped. Google ad spend is separate, stays in the client-owned provider account, and is never started or increased without the owner-approved budget.

Client dashboard access is available while we work together. The SEO sprint ends with a review of actual results at day 90. Monthly continuation is optional, individually priced, and never automatic.

Talk through your priorities

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Your questions, answered.

Can every local business run Local Services Ads?

No. Availability and requirements depend on category, location and Google screening. We check the current eligibility path before proposing setup.

Does the management fee include ad spend?

No. Google ad spend is separate and remains under the client-approved budget in the client-owned account.

Will S4 automatically change bids or dispute leads?

No automated LSA campaign or dispute system is currently represented. Management is human-led, and account or spend changes require the agreed owner approval.
