Terms of Service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, content, data, and permissions you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You may not use the service to violate law or platform rules, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, misrepresent identity or authorization, scrape or message people without permission, evade platform controls, or publish deceptive or harmful content.

Third-party platforms control their own accounts, permissions, reviews, limits, and availability. Connecting an account does not guarantee approval, reach, publishing availability, or business results.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, outbound publishing and other material external actions remain subject to the applicable client and S4 approval controls. Users remain responsible for reviewing content accuracy, rights, disclosures, claims, targeting, and platform compliance before approval.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.

Email and SMS are separate, initially unchecked choices. A prospect may submit the contact form without choosing either option. SMS requires a valid international-format phone number. Captured consent cannot override a carrier, provider, or internal suppression, and does not guarantee delivery.

Service-request SMS delivery is not active until required provider registration and operational activation are complete. Any continuation beyond the request and related replies requires a separate lawful basis or consent where applicable.

S4 AI LLC (S4 AI Agency) offers recurring automated SMS account notifications to consenting business owners about new leads, completed assistant reviews, and service updates. This program does not enroll the business’s customers in marketing.

Enrollment requires a signed-in client owner to affirmatively consent in portal Notifications settings for the displayed saved mobile number. Providing a phone number or purchasing services does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or withdraw consent in your portal. A message already submitted to the provider may still arrive. Reply HELP for help when messaging is active, or contact rajat@s4aiagency.com. A previous STOP requires verified review and cannot be overridden through the portal.

Delivery depends on program activation, provider availability, and your carrier; delivery is not guaranteed. See our Privacy Policy and SMS program details.

Clients retain ownership of content and business materials they provide. They grant S4 the limited permission needed to host, process, adapt, transmit, and publish those materials solely to provide the requested services.

S4 retains ownership of its software, systems, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials. Project-specific ownership and license terms may be addressed in a separate proposal or service agreement.

We work to keep the service secure and reliable, but it is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, third-party approval, specific audience reach, revenue, search ranking, lead volume, or publishing outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, S4 is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, data loss, or other actions caused by third-party platforms or by use outside the agreed scope.

We may restrict or end access when needed to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address nonpayment, or stop misuse. Users may stop using the service and request disconnection of authorized integrations.
