THE WORK BEHIND IT

A practical path forward.

01

Inventory what the site depends on

We identify the hosting, domain, code or CMS, forms and relevant integrations. Ownership and access should be clear before changes begin. WordPress and other CMS work is scoped to the actual platform rather than assumed from a service label.

02

Separate routine updates from larger work

Text, image and service updates need a predictable review path. New functionality, a redesign or a platform migration requires a separate estimate. The support agreement defines what is covered and how requests are handled.

03

Test changes before calling them complete

We review the affected pages, mobile behavior and contact path after updates. Security-related changes are based on observed needs and appropriate access; maintenance is not a blanket security certification or a guarantee against every incident.

04

Keep a useful change record

A record of what changed and when helps explain issues and later performance observations. Backups, recovery expectations and third-party responsibilities are agreed as part of the operating plan.

REVIEWABLE WORK

What we can deliver.

The exact deliverables and cadence are agreed in your proposal.

  • Website dependency and ownership inventory
  • Agreed update/support scope
  • Change verification and handoff notes
  • Maintenance and recovery responsibilities
Illustrative engagement — not a client result

What the work can look like.

A business changes its primary service and booking tool. We update the relevant pages and navigation, verify the new route and preserve useful existing URLs where possible.

WORK YOU CAN UNDERSTAND

Built around a real business. Yours.

The starting point is your actual business, website and available evidence. We agree on the work, show what changed and distinguish observations from proven business outcomes.

A CLEAR AGREEMENT

A scope built for your priorities.

This service is scoped for your business before work begins. We confirm whether a focused piece fits your agreed SEO sprint priorities or needs a separate proposal. Advanced services and third-party costs are not automatically included in the $997 sprint.

Client dashboard access is available while we work together. The SEO sprint ends with a review of actual results at day 90. Monthly continuation is optional, individually priced, and never automatic.

Talk through your priorities

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Your questions, answered.

Is support unlimited?

No. The proposal defines covered work, request handling and any response expectations.

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

We first inspect its platform, access and condition, then confirm a workable scope.

Do you offer compliance certification?

No blanket legal or accessibility certification is implied. Specific audits or specialist reviews need their own scope.
